iTunes update choke

Do you recall which, if any, software you were using during the update process? There may have been a non-apple software interfering with the steps. I was fortunate when doing the same upgrade, despite watching a downloaded movie on VLC, while playing Snood, and checking my mail, the upgrade installation ran flawlessly.

I assume by now you have done what was suggested by the window and all is fine?

Nope I can't remember running anyhting different than usual.

No, I haven't gotten around to it. Many more important irons in the fire.
