iPhoto manipulation technique

When we want to e-mail a pic, we select the photo in iPhoto, go down to the bar below the photos and click on the icon of our e-mail program, answer a couple questions, and get moved automatically to the e-mail program.
I used to use Entourage (2008), but switched this month to Outlook. However, the Entourage icon is still on the iPhoto lower bar. iPhoto can't seem to recognize the newer e-mail program, Outlook 2011. How do I get iPhoto to see Outlook? Preferences does not seem to know about this change. Any help will be rewarded, somehow.
