I don't know who dmnotifyd is.  Maybe something to do with MobileMe?  How do I purge the system of this little gem?
I canceled the screen notice the first time and then it returned as 'dmnotifydclient'. Canceled again...

The screen has not popped up again and all seems as well as I understand...
