I use an encrypted password file called Password Wallet to store all the passwords I use - for the internet, for banking, for credit cards etc.   My husband Martin (a Windows user) is looking for something similar, but sadly Password Wallet is only available for the Mac.

Ideally we want something that can be used on both the Mac and Windows - does anyone use such a program?

Or can anyone suggest a good Passwords software for Windows?

TIA!

1Password has always been enthusiastically endorsed by the knowledgeable podcasters of Mac Geek Gab.

I apologize if it isn't appropriate for cross platform, it says Intel but now that Macs are also Intel I am not sure what actually that tells me anymore.

Thanks Robert - I looked at the web site and it specifies Mac OS.  But sounds good!  If only it worked on Windows.
