Copying Web Pages?

Discussion started on Tech Problems and Solutions

No idea about your problem but, as an alternative, I use Evernote to archive all sorts of information, as you can then sync across all your devices.  With an Evernote widget in your browse, you can copy the full web page, or a selection, to Evernote.

Thanks! I looked into Evernote, but I could not get my copy to function properly. No doubt my fault.

I did order DiskWarrior 5 which should be in my hands new week.

I have been in the habit of archiving web pages via simply using Command-s to save them. This allows me to keep on hand lots of useful news articles, etc.

Suddenly I am getting the message every time I try to do that:

The document "xyz" could not be exported as "xyz". You do not have permission.
To view or change permissions, select the item in the Finder and choose File > Get info.

However, the File menu will not show Get info and there seems to be no way to download the item to my desktop so I can select it.

Any ideas? Thanks.
